Our Residency program—offered at nine ministries across Eastern Washington and Montana—provides new graduate nurses with everything they need to get the right start in their professional nursing career.
Applications are accepted prior to receiving your RN license.
Transition successfully from classroom to bedside
The Clinical Academy gives new graduate nurses a foundation for success. This nationally accredited, evidence-based program places new RN and nurse practitioner graduates directly into specialty positions through a year-long standardized program.
